Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a ticket for an event At Kent House, run by At Kent House Limited ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking and payment
Prices are shown on each event page and are per person. Full payment is taken when you book. Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email, which lists your event, date, time and number of tickets.
Age guidance
Events will show age guidance on the event page or booking info - failure to adhere to age guidance may result in refusal to participate or refusal of entry, and a loss of your payment - contact us to discuss ahead of booking if need be.
If you need to cancel
Cancel at least 14 days before an event or your session for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your session, we cannot give a refund, but will try to move your booking to another date if there is one and if space is available.
To cancel or change a booking, email info@kenthousehandh.co.uk with your name and order number.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If we need to cancel or change an event
If we have to cancel an event, we will contact you using the details you gave when booking and offer you a full refund or a place on another date. If we need to make a significant change to your event, such as the date or time, you can choose a full refund if the change does not suit you.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Because our events take place on a specific date, the usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply; our cancellation terms above apply instead.
